I should be Mah Jong (I have a hand with 4 pungs, kongs or chows and a pair) but the game does not recognise it. What's wrong ?

It could be that you have the options set to require all 1 suit when going Mah Jong. This is the default for the US. If you do not play using this rule, change it as follows:

1. Exit from your current game
2. Click Options and select the Game tab
3. Uncheck 'Mah Jong must be all 1 suit' and click OK
4. Start a new game

Note that this won't affect any previous games you have saved, as the rule set is stored with the game.
